Spin Snacks for Sundays

Awesome and easy recipe for any party appetizer or Sunday football snack. Prep time only about 20 minutes and cook time about 15. Great finger food idea for kids too!
Originally i found this recipe on bettycrocker.com .. i altered it slightly and love the outcome!

.5lb chicken breast. Cut into fours.
1tablespoon olive oil
3tablespoons buffalo hot sauce
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can (8oz) Pillsbury cresent dinner rolls
Chili powder
Parmesan grated cheese
ranch dressing

Heat oven to 375°F. In 10-inch skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of the oil over medium-high heat until hot. Sprinkle chicken with chili powder then cook in oil 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Remove from heat; place chicken on cutting board. Using a fork, pull chicken into shreds; return to skillet. Stir in sauce and celery.

Meanwhile on cutting board, unroll dough and separate into 8 triangles. From center of 1 longest side to opposite point, cut each triangle in half, making 16 triangles. Place rounded tablespoonful chicken mixture on center of each triangle. Bring corners to center over filling, overlapping ends; press gently to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Brush each lightly with remaining 1 teaspoon oil. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

I served these with ranch dressing/carrots/celery sticks. To compliment some taste buds i also served cold pasta salad. But stress free: I used Suddenly Pasta Salad. Great taste and cooks in 10 minutes!
Overall I would say this proved to be a successful appetizer adventure! Thank you Betty Crocker and The quest beings for the next spin snacks for Sundays!
