Philadelphia Unites

So this is what I love about Philly. It's a Tuesday evening and I'm strolling past Rittenhouse Square for a quick run to CVS. I start to see arms all sequenced and reaching for the sky like they could grasp the gray clouds above. Soft music is playing as a soft voice instructs these community members on how to flow, how to breathe and how to unite in the moment of now. 

I love the heart and soul of this city and this community. The drive for wholeness and self discipline is inspiring.
